Dancers, movers, performers, Tarot lovers with a movable body and a willingness to explore… Breaking news, we are back with the gorgeous Tarot/Dance project and a very juicy program, more inclusive — open to professional dancers and to all kinds of living arts and movement practitioners.
This Laboratory stems from the collaboration of Agostina d’Alessandro (Tarot lover, dancer, choreographer and creator of the Conscious Release method) with Marianne Costa (Tarot expert, singer, actor and poet). We are interested in both the artistic and the semiotic/therapeutic aspects of confronting contemporary dance with the essence, numerology and living-breathing allegories of the Tarot of Marseille.
The Laboratory takes place in English so as to welcome participants from the whole world.
This is the 4th edition and can summarize the content as such : Conscious Release with Agostina d’Alessandro, Tarot Studies with Marianne Costa, Embodied readings and improv work based on various structures of the Tarot, ending in a public presentation. That 7 days intensive Labo Tarot & Dance will take place in Brussels 3th – 9th June, 2024.
